2011 Season Schedule – As usual, the 2011 season will begin with a “soft opening” for seasonal sites on April 30th - May 1st to allow families to move in, prepare for the season and catch up with neighbors and friends.

We look forward to meeting our returning families before the summer gets into full swing, and we’ll have the office and store open on a limited basis to provide any necessary supplies, serve up a hot cup of coffee and feed your snack cravings! The 2011 season will officially open for all sites on Saturday, April 30th. The park will close for the season on Sunday, October 2nd

2011 Seasonal Campers – Rates and Deposits

In addition, all campers pay a Utilities/Site Maintenance Fee ($500) and may optionally pay for a second car ($75) and/or second refrigerator ($60). Seasonal campers pay a $200 deposit by April 1 to hold their site. The balance is due by May 1. An interest charge of 1.5% per month as well as a $25 late payment fee is added to balances that are paid after May 1.

*DEPOSITS* For Campers who have made reservations in advance, a non-refundable deposit of 25 per cent of the invoice amount is due by March 15. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the invoice balance is not paid 30 days prior to arrival, the reservation will be canceled and the non-refundable deposit retained by the Ocean View Cape Cod RV Park. For those Campers making reservations over the phone or by email after March 15, a 25 per cent non-refundable deposit is due at the time the reservation is made. The balance is due upon arrival. *REFUNDS* Campers who decide to leave early or arrive late will not receive a refund for unused days.
